Return Policy

Final Sale Items

Any item marked as final sale is not eligible for returns or exchange.

International Customers

We do not accept any returns for both new and sold items. All items are final sale.

U.S. Customers

Valid for new items only - any new and unused item purchased can be exchanged for another item within 7 days from purchase.

How do I return a damaged product?

Please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to info@radhikapuri.com. Please include your address, daytime phone number and order number in the email. One of our staff members will contact you within 48 to 72 hours after receiving the email.

Shipping instructions for returns

For items being returned to us, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. We are not responsible for the shipment.

Please include your address and daytime phone number and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip with the return. If your information is not added this can cause significant delays.
